• "Prohibited User" means any person who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the primary currency of the cicakwin Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond cicakwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattack.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the cicakwin Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effected by any of the following actions:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a cicakwin Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

5. You have not previously had a cicakwin Account closed for breach of these Terms.

7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Registration and KYC Verification

All Users must complete cicakwin's registration process accurately. You agree to provide the following information truthfully and to keep it current at all times:

• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• Valid email address and Malaysian mobile number;
• Residential address in Malaysia;
• Preferred MYR payment method (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX).

cicakwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and where required, a selfie holding the identity document.

Deposits and Withdrawals

cicakwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through supported payment channels. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified payment account matching the name on your cicakwin Account.
• cicakwin targets the following withdrawal processing windows after verification is complete: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under five minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers five to fifteen minutes; direct bank wire fifteen to sixty minutes. These are targets and not guarantees.
• cicakwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Deposits made in error and not yet used in gameplay may be eligible for reversal, subject to the Platform's review process.

Bonuses and Promotions

cicakwin may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All such offers are subject to specific Terms that will be displayed at the time of the promotion. General conditions applicable to all cicakwin bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permissible bet per round or per game event is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer titles and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10% to 20%).
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically removed from the Account, together with any winnings derived from those funds.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus Fund winnings. This cap will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

cicakwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify any User found to be abusing promotional offers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cicakwin Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited User;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any other form of fraudulent wagering;
• Attempting to launder funds through the cicakwin Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gameplay has taken place;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing cicakwin staff or other Platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cicakwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of cicakwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from cicakwin;
• Frame or mirror any material from the Platform on any other website or server;
• Use cicakwin's trademarks, service marks or trade names without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cicakwin and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether or not foreseeable;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, network disruptions or events of Force Majeure;
• The conduct or content of any third-party game studio, payment provider or linked service;
• Decisions made in reliance on any content, odds or information displayed on the Platform.

cicakwin's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
